Boots

Found them to come up big even with thick socks. Contacted suppliers but only a generic response but no human contact to advise on returning to exchange so will not be purchasing anything a again for this reason.

Hi Donna,

Many thanks for your feedback. We have replied to both of your emails regarding returning the boots (7.11 and today) and we can absolutely take them back for a refund. We have also called the number on your order but it says it's not in service. Please contact us so we can sort the return out for you.
