Is FL Workwear part of Fire Label?

Yes, both businesses come under the name Fire Label Merchandising Ltd. FL Workwear is mainly for our workwear customers, offering a different product range and a different discount structure, whilst offering the same outstanding service our customers have come to know and trust from Fire Label.

Can I mix garments from both websites?

If you order from both websites these will be counted as separate orders and may not be delivered at the same time. Separate delivery charges will also apply if applicable.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order on the website.

Is VAT included?

Yes, VAT is included in all the pricing online.

Do you offer samples?

You are able to order single garments via the website. This gives you the opportunity to check the garments are suitable for your needs before placing a larger order. Garments can be returned for a full refund but please remember we do not cover the cost of returning the items to us.

Do you offer bulk order discounts?

We offer a great price from the very first item. If you have a large order enquiry please get in touch for bespoke pricing.

How do I know if you have stock?

The website runs on a live stock feed so you can check the stock levels before ordering. Very occasionally an item may be out of stock once ordered but we will notify you straight away and ask if you would like to exchange for another item or have a full refund for the item. 

Do you offer other products apart from just workwear?

Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

Can I collect my order from you?

We're afraid you aren't able to collect the garments from us. All orders are delivered by couriers and tracking will be provided. Someone will need to sign for the shipment on delivery.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we do. Please see the delivery page for more info.

How do I track my parcel?

We will send you tracking via email and text message so you know exactly when your parcel will arrive.

You can also get your tracking from your account section by logging in.

Refund & Returns

I have received incorrect or damaged items. What should I do?

We are very sorry that this has happened. Please get in touch straight away with our customer service team and they will be able to rectify this for you as quickly as possible. Contact Us.

Can I return my order?

Yes, please get in touch within 14 days of your order being received so that we can issue your returns authorisation. Your returns authorisation needs to be included with the returned items. All items need to be returned in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of delivery. Please note we do not cover the cost of returning the items to us. Our full returns policy can be found here.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

We will notify you by email once your returns have been received. After they have been checked by one of our team we will process your refund. We aim to complete all of this within 5 days but this is usually much quicker.
